Hoses & Assemblies

Hose and Pipe assemblies are used in air-conditioning systems for interconnecting the compressor, condenser, receiver drier and cooling unit as a close circuit. Our hoses are made from special grade aluminium material with wrinkle free bending and special grade rubber material for carrying high pressure environment friendly refrigerant, from compressor to condenser to evaporator, in order to keep the vehicle cabin cool during summers. This product comes in a variety of specifications and is widely used by maintenance professionals, construction operators and various others.

Leveraging on our rich industrial experience in this domain, we are committed towards manufacturing & exporting a wide assortment of Hoses and Pipe assemblies in Faridabad, Haryana, India.

Features

The top notch quality of Hose & Pipes draws upon distinguishing features such as :
  • Low Refrigeration permeability and high burst pressure.
  • Customized Air Conditioning Line as per customer design and drawing.
  • Employ Flange and Shaft Seal Connections.
  • Latest Crimping Technology

Tubes & Hose End Fittings

( Material - Aluminium, Steel and Copper )

Hose end fittings refers to the crimped or attachable fittings that are placed on the ends of the hose pipe. An Air Conditioning tube is a pipe that connects the condenser coil to the expansion valve. The liquid line in an AC unit carries the liquid refrigerant from the condenser coil to the expansion valve. While the suction line is another pipe that runs from the expansion valve to the compressor.

Internal Heat exchanger (IHX)

An Internal Heat exchanger or IHX is used to transfer heat between low side pressure and high pressure flow circuits. Its function is to improve system performance by further sub-cooling the refrigerant being supplied to the evaporator through the refrigerant control device.

The internal heat exchanger (IHX) cools the refrigerant without the need for additional energy. The line integrated tube-in-tube solution also makes use of a thermodynamic effect to further cool the refrigerant in the inner tube.
